JB-DIRECT is not meant to be used to stream music to the SUB. You need to use your home (Wi-Fi) network for that. To tell your SUB what the credentials of your home (Wi-Fi) network are you need to talk to your SUB first. This is where the SUB’s personal network JB-DIRECT comes in. Connecting to it allows you to access the network settings of your SUB in which you can inform it about your Wi-Fi credentials. As soon as you’ve shared your credentials and saved them, the SUB will connect to your home Wi-Fi and stops broadcasting JB-DIRECT. The LED will turn solid white. Success!
In case the SUB cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network anymore JB-DIRECT will show up again, allowing you to still ‘talk’ to your SUB. The LED will blink yellow again. This can happen for different reasons. It could be for example that your router is off or that you changed your Wi-Fi Password. In this case, the SUB will try to connect to your home network for a minute. If after a minute the network is not found, the SUB will start broadcasting JB-DIRECT so you can set up your SUB again.
