SUB does not produce any sound (Bluetooth / Spotify Connect)
Once the SUB is connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth or Spotify Connect, it does not produce any sound.
The Sub volume is displayed to 0 on the mobile app.
Although the interface allows to increase it, the SUB remains silent.
Changes made to SUB volume are not saved on the app as it is still displayed as 0 when leaving and returning to the SUB control panel.

Hi Florent,
I was able to make it work and change the volume from my computer - the device that was streaming.
Worked on the volume slider and on Spotify Connect.However, I was not able to change the volume via the Kien mobile app.
Although the app seem connected to the SUB, sound is not affected when playing with the sliders.Can you indicate how to change the volume physically on the SAT or on the SUB?
Is it on the side that have the extruded dots?Thanks

Was able to make volume changes in the SUB via computer and iPhone app.
The Android App does not function on Android 7.0 when connected to a SUB via Wi-Fi or via a SAT on Bluetooth.
Was able to make it work on Android 8.The volume produced by the SUB is still very low and SAT volume is inexistent.
Probably due to your firmware problem so I'll wait for the firmware upgrade.
