Sat is blocked - indicator stays solid green

One of my 5 sats is blocked. The indicator is solid green. If It push the connections-button nothing happens. I can't turn the sat off. I can restart the sat by pushing the on-off button for several seconds.

  Hi Andries,
  
  Did you recently do the firmware update to this SAT? Or has it always been behaving like this?

  Hi Florent, I have not been able tot do they update. I'm not sure if it was blocked on arrival. I think it blocked like this after a few trials.

  Hi Andries,

  When you turn off the speaker by holding the power button for about 6 seconds and then switch it on again, does the indicator LED still show only green?

  If I do this, the first 10 seconds the light is blinking green, then turns solid green.
