Sub connection regularly drops on Spotify Connect
Hello team,
Following your last Android app and firmware update (which went smoothly), my SUB and SATs work better.
However, when connected on the Sub in Spotify, the Sub regularly disconnects / drops after irregular time (sometimes few seconds, sometimes few minutes - generally just the duration of a song). So all music stops (including Sats).
If I open my Kien app at this time, I get a loading bar (see screenshot below) then an error message saying there is no connection available. If I kill the app and restart, I get the same message. I generally have to turn off the Sub and turn it back on.
I tested with Bluetooth and Wifi activated on the phone.
Details of my config:
- Android 7 (tried also with an iPhone)
- Connected via Wifi
- Phones, Sub and Sat were within a 3 meter range with no wall or separation
