N005p007 firmware

I've been able to update the sub and five sats (as you mentioned, I also had to reset the Sats before they would recognise that an update was available).
My problem now is that I can't get the Sats to follow the Sub. After an hour of trying to get them to pair, I finally got four of them to pair but it doesn't 'stick' for more than 20 seconds. Even when it says they've paired in the app, the pink light on the Sat continues to pulse. It doesn't switch to Pink/White. And they don't play sound (I can hear the sub playing but the sats don't).Has anyone encountered this or similar and overcome the issue?

Still no luck. Here's a video of what mine is doing https://www.dropbox.com/s/x02krynqzr0g8qn/Kien%20Firmware%20Update%20Troubleshooting.MOV?dl=0
Do your Sats lock in with the pink/white light or do they keep pulsing pink?

Hi Paul, I think the problem is that all of your SATs were switched on and in Follower mode when you pressed 'Accept Follower' in the app, while only one of the SATs was ready to pair (pulsing pink). To get SATs properly paired with the SUB they need to be in pairing mode. If not, they connect with the SUB for only a minute to then disconnect again, because the SUB is not recognized yet as the right connection. This is user experience-wise not ideal yet, so we're looking into improving it.
To get it done properly I advise you to pair the SATs with the SUB one by one. So, first, make sure only one SAT and your SUB are switched on (switch the others off with a long press of about 2 seconds) to then walk through the pairing procedure. Then switch on a second SAT to do the pairing for that one. And continue these steps for the remaining SATs. That should do the trick.
The white-yellow blinking LED that I see in the video means this SAT is in failsafe mode. You accidentally triggered it. You can get out of that by restarting the SAT with a hard shutdown (long press power button).
Let me know if this works for you!
