Android - n005p007 - SUB - Analog input issue
After updating sub and sats I had to factory reset the SATs to show correct firmware. However when selecting analog 1 on Sub it bounces back to standard BT / Ethernet / WIFI when going back to main screen. As a result analog 1 input not working.
Strange thing is when I do a hard reset on Sub it does work for 10 seconds via analog 1. But then it switches back again to standard input.
Is there a way to really reset the sub to factory settings? Maybe this would solve the issue.
Or can this be an app issue? - Drop-down with possible inputs also not working nicely in Android app.

Hi Florus. I'm assuming that 'factory reset' is the so-named option in the app.
Have you tried the Sub hard reset? - I think it's long-hold the Sub power button for 20-30 seconds and disconnect the power from the sub. Then reconnect power and press power on.
I've tried searching for where I got that from and can't find it anywhere so I may be wrong. Can't harm it though.Hopefully Florent will be able to clarify the Sub 'hard reset' procedure here at some point.

Hi Florus,
I'm afraid you're experiencing a bug in the Android app. I will share your problem with the team and run some tests myself. I'll get back to you when I know more!
The only way to do a factory reset is through the app in the settings of the speaker, in your case the SUB.
Paul Jackson There's not such a thing as a hard reset. I think you're referring to the hard shut-down (or hard switch-off), which can be achieved for the SUB by simply unplugging the power cable and for the SAT by holding the power button for about 2 seconds until the LED switches off. For both types of speaker, this results in a fresh boot-up of the electronics but does not reset the settings. For that, you need to run the factory reset in the app, as described above.
