Android - n005p007 - SAT - Firmware version showing n005pfff

After updating and factory reset on SAT the SAT shows correct firmware version. However after power off and power on SAT shows again firmware version n005pfff

  Hi Florus,

  Thank you for your message. If you see an issue such as the firmware showing n005pfff, could you try doing a ‘hard switch-off’?

  • When the speaker is turned on, press the power button (the upper button) for about 2 seconds, until the LED turns off
  • Press the power button again to turn the speaker on

  Then the SAT should be showing the right firmware number. Could you confirm?

  Hi Florent, first time after hard switch off the SAT indeed provides correct firmware info. However also when switched off normally after starting up from a hard switch off the problem from the opening post remains.
