No Firmware update aviable - Firmare is up do date n?p?.
Dear Kien Community
I managed to add all 5 Sat to the Sub with my Phone (Android - Huawai 20P Pro) and the kien app. I also connected the Sub to my WiFi network.
But sadly i can't find any Firmware Updates at all in my App. On my Kien App it says: You're up to date. This speaker is running firmware version: n?p?.
But sadly with this Firmware version i can't use the optic TosLink wire. Only the Sub works without the Sat's.
What can i do to fix this?
PS: @kien i really hope you guys can make the system with the app a bit moar user frindly because i think that could help a lot to get it to a lot of people. And i really like the system and hope it gets really succsesfull =).

Thanks for reaching out!
When the firmware version is showing these question marks it's quite likely that you haven't given the kien app the permission to access the location services, which are needed for BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) communication.
To do so, please kill the kien app, then head over to the settings of the kien app, which can be found in your phone's settings, and allow the app to access the location services. Then open the kien app again and see if it works.
Please let me know if this fixes the problem.
