Continuous Issues with connectivity
Hi Guys,
I have send requests for support a few times now but still the problems resurface which is becoming a bit of a hassle. There are 2 main problems, which happen either using the App with Spotify on an IPhone or IPad:
1. I connect KIEN SUB thru bluetooth and after 1-2min the connection is lost and I have to reconnect. How to prevent this? I am always within 3-5 meters from the SUB when this issue occurs.
2. I am connected with SUB and open Spotify. Connect Spotify direct with SUB. After 2-3 min the song pauzes….looks like it is buffering or something and than starts again or stop completely and connections is broken….This avoids any long time listening thru KIEN, which is more or less the idea when I bought it…How to avoid this?
